I have a technical flare, with a background in Continuous Improvement accredited to Sigma Black Belt coupled with a genuine passion for people engagement, responsible for the White and Green Belt accreditation syllabus for Barclays UK Retail Bank (2010 - 2011)

I have had the privilege of managing Telephony and Back Office Process operations both in the UK and in India as well as delivering smaller covert initiatives with just a few people in my team.

My most common feedback area is that I too often say "Yes", leaving myself and the team with the remit to "Work the problem", this is feedback I am happy to receive, time and time again.....in my opinion, that's how things get done.....quickly

My current role is responsible for the Product & Procedural knowledge base for UK Retail Bank, together with our internal Colleague Feedback portal which generates circa £10m savings annum

Most recent activity is the delivery of the first internal Colleague App within the UK Banking Industry, which will offer the opportunity for all staff to download their very own Barclays internal App tailored to their individual needs, offering Social Collab, Gamification, Product Demo's, Business Tools, Colleague Finder, Ideation, Customer Feedback....the list goes on !
