Although Yammer is as easy to use as consumer products like Facebook or Twitter, it is enterprise-grade software built from the ground up to drive business objectives.

Yammer enables users to communicate, collaborate, and share more easily and efficiently than ever before. Yammer reduces the need for meetings, increases communication across silos, surfaces pockets of expertise and connects remote workers.

Anyone in a company can start their Yammer network and begin inviting colleagues. The privacy of each network is ensured by limiting access to those with a valid company email address. The basic Yammer service is free, and when they’re ready then Companies can pay to claim and administer their networks.

I work with corporate accounts with under 2400 employees, nurturing the networks in driving value through relevant use-cases that are tied to business value through supporting company objectives. I collaborate with key stakeholders to map out success strategies for Yammer so that if the network upgrades, results can be defined and measured.
