In people development I have cultivated the right behaviours by building the skills for success now and in the future by creating the environments for learning whether that be on the job, online or in the classroom
in talent management I have optimised talent across the group where people have the greatest impact in delivering their ambition through providing clear visibility and insights for the business of its talent baseline, the stretch, gaps, risks, development priorities and opportunities
Working both commercially in fund raising with both public and private sectors has allowed me to understand has included me sitting on a number of cross industry panels and boards.
I present at board level and have skills of negotiating and managing on a daily basis a range of internal and external stakeholders from private to public and community organisations. I have strong leadership and management skills whether that is with my immediate team of 6 or across a range of virtual teams across the UK.
