Jo Stewart has worked in the technology solutions industry for 16 years. After training to become an Enterprise deployment engineer for a variety of Value added resellers and Solution providers she has used her technology knowledge and customer service skills to become a successful and proven IT Enterprise sales specialist and senior sales operations manager culminating in the running of both a UK Corporate Accounts solutions sales division and two EMEA Global consultancy service practices - Enterprise Installations and Customer Education Services. She has lead projects to develop both internal and external curriculums for technical systems training and was the project lead for the outsource strategy of all EMEA customer training. Previously she was the EMEA Senior sales operations Manager – Growth and development leading the EMEA part of the Global program to facilitate the transformation of Sales teams in the large corporate sector defining and assessing their sales behavior competencies and developing to the become consultancy sales team defining techniques that allow them to understand which solutions exactly meet the customers’ needs. Currently she is the Global Talent Management Director defining and leading the team to create the new Sales talent on-boarding program for Dell's Public Large Enterprise Organisation due to launch in October 2011
