With a background rooted in User Experience I specialize in delivering compelling customer solutions that combine design, management and strategy for both mobile and web platforms.

I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Cognitive Science. I specialised in Human Computer Interaction so that I could apply technology to create delightful and engaging experiences for people.

My career began as a UI designer at Nokia, designing phonebook and messaging features for S40 devices. I progressed to become a UX Manager, then UX Specialist for Strategic Projects, advising senior management on portfolio strategy.

I then accepted a role as UX Specialist at Net-A-Porter, to develop my skills and interest in e-commerce, fashion and technology. There I was the lead UX designer for The Outnet as well as for group level core functionality such as the checkout process and customer care platform.

In 2012, I became Head of Product at Lyst, a fashion-tech start-up founded in 2010 by Chris Morton that enables users to build a customised shopping experience driven by personalised product feeds from brands and retailers. My time at Lyst has overseen a transformative evolution of the product - delivering Universal Checkout (ICON), a mobile app (iOS), a content driven homepage to surface discovery and partner messaging, and a distinct new visual brand. I am excited for the next phase of Lyst, continuously striving to improve the way people shop.

Specialties: User Experience design, user experience benchmarking, competitive analysis, expert review, UX strategy, web analytics, mobile, retail, fashion, cross-channel experiences.
