What is your product and who is it for?

Our product is designed to connect those who feel isolated through their unique taste in music.

What inspired your idea, and why is it important to you?

Our idea has been inspired by an increased awareness of mental health within the past years, with a concern developing for people who find themselves isolated from others we have found there is no true solution that currently available in the form of an app.

How does your product solve the problem?

Our product solves a long standing problem of a large group of people feeling isolated, which we feel has recently been highlighted and drastically increased due to the pandemic.

How does it work?

Our app will use the Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud or Deezer APIs (depending on what the user links) to get the song data required (recently listened, most listened etc.) to then connect users via this info. They will also, optionally, allow it to be based on region (country, city etc.).

What is the biggest challenge you faced when creating your app?

Overcoming the barriers required to create a well-designed app that allows for easy accessibility for the users.

We are determined to pursue our app into its future stages and truly believe this can be beneficial to people and succeed as a business.
