What is your product and who is it for?
HealthSense is an AI-powered app that offers personalised health insights, medication management, and virtual consultations for health-conscious individuals, chronic condition patients, caregivers, and busy professionals seeking convenient health management tools.
What inspired your idea, and why is it important to you?
As someone who struggles with a chronic condition, I have witnessed firsthand how overwhelmed families can become by the complexities of appointments and medications.
This inspired us to create an app to provide a safe space for tracking health, managing medications, and connecting with others facing similar challenges. We believe no one should feel alone while waiting for NHS support.
How does your product solve the problem?
Our app makes it so that those who have health issues or even just concerns are able to access tools that will get them the best care as soon as possible. It would have an immensely positive impact upon a community as it ensures that no medication or appointment time slots are missed, thus making sure that no one's health shall worsen.
How does it work?
Our app's features aim to attack issues faced in our daily society.
Health Risks → HealthShield: Uses advanced algorithms to analyse user data, predict health risks, and offer personalised advice.
Symptom Confusion → Medimatch: Users input symptoms, and the app uses AI to suggest possible conditions and advise on medical consultation.
Medication Non-Adherence → PillPal: Users can enter their prescribed medications and schedules, receiving timely reminders for intake and alerts for refills.
Healthcare Access → CareOnCall: Enables virtual consultations with healthcare professionals, allowing users to schedule appointments and securely share health data.
