As conduit of Service Design & User Experience, my intention is to make life less complex.
Being part raised in Ecuador and the UK allowed me to experience two diverse cultures which developed a individual perspective on design.
A Product Design degree from Ravensbourne taught and allowed me to explore the design process and how to well consider its use in product, experience and service design.
My perspective on design truly developed through my dissertation/documentary which asked “Does society have a good quality of life?”. This led me to focus on Service & Experience Design in order to create ecosystems that make life simpler or at least less complex.
