Troubleshooter for issues related to IT/Board lack of communication and understanding. He is attracted for projects involving People, Process and Technology and he delivers winning results.

Active between the Board and IT, adding value to Customers and working on Program Management, coaching teams on the design of new Architectures, legacy and mobile integration, BPM and Applications improvement or obliteration and recommends appropriate Change Management actions, End User participation on Requirements Elicitation, Beta and Acceptance Tests, Training and Pilot Projects.

He has responsibilities in pre-sales and financial P&L (CAPEX and OPEX).
